Cosplay Potluck

The second meet-up hosted by @tga.cosplay. Building on the momentum from the Fall Photoshoot, he gathered 25 attendees from his circle of friends, cosplay acquaintances, and their mutuals as well. Attendees brought homemade dishes and pre-packaged snacks, and enjoyed a casual game night concisting of board games, card games, and a dedicated corner for photoshoots. The host also provided professional lighting, backdrops, and even a life-sized ragdoll for some comedic poses, making it a one-of-a-kind memory for all who were involved.

They also had a guest to speak on behalf of the First Episode Mood and Anxiety Program (FEMAP) at London Health Sciences Centre (LSHC) as this was an initative to support Youth Mental Health through cosplay community events, and a way for the host to give back to the program that once supported him during a time of need. A total of $86 (goes towards decreasing wait times for patient intake), was raised. (Donor Link here)

This successful trial run inspired him to continue reaching out to the Cosplayer & Geeky Community in London and surrounding area, with plans to expand into the gym, for the first Cosplay Dodgeball Event in London, planned for April 2026.
